New SOA Testing Tutorial Labs introduced at STAREAST 2008

STAREAST 2008 - the "Greatest Software Testing Conference On Earth" - is taking place May 5-9, 2009 is Orlando Florida. I had the pleasure of the first, day-long SOA Testing conference back in 2006 with the Crosscheck Networks' team.
